Why work at 3Bee

  • Impact you can measure

Every project has real data: sensors in the field, satellite imagery, recognised species. You see what changes because of what you do.

  • Real technology, not slides

IoT devices we design ourselves, the XNatura Nature Intelligence platform and artificial intelligence we use every day.

  • People to learn from

Biologists, agronomists, engineers, designers and communicators in one team. We won the European Commission’s EIC Accelerator twice.

How the selection works

  1. Apply in a few minutes

Your CV and a few questions. No account to create.

  2. A person reads it

The people you would work with read your application, not an automated filter.

  3. We get to know each other

A call and a few interviews: each ad says how many steps there are.

  4. We always answer

Even when it is a no. No application is left without a reply.
